The VEPOD® electric vehicle charging solution has the potential to revolutionise the world of electric vehicle charging. Unlike traditional charging stations, the VEPOD® is not connected to the grid. Instead, it generates its own electricity, completely overcoming the constraints of the network.
How does it work? The VEPOD® consists of a low carbon fuelled genset, battery storage, and the innovative VEPSystem®. This powerful combination maximizes fuel efficiencies, ensuring that the VEPOD® operates in an environmentally friendly manner. Additionally, the VEPSystem® provides "always on" excellent power harmonics, ensuring a smooth and efficient charging process for electric vehicles.

Scalable
The VEPOD® is highly scalable, offering flexibility to meet the specific requirements of customers. It comes in various sizes, starting from a 50KVA unit that enables fast charging (22kW) for two vehicles. t can also be expanded to multi-megawatt systems capable of operating multiple ultra-rapid (350kW) charging heads.
Robust & Proven
The VEPOD® boasts robust and proven technology. Through rigorous testing with load banks and various vehicle types during its development phase, as well as at a live customer location, the VEPOD® has demonstrated its reliability. It consistently operates within the expected design parameters, ensuring efficient and dependable charging for electric vehicles.
Mobile
The VEPOD® is a containerised solution. These mobile units come in two sizes: small 20-foot containers and larger multi-part 40-foot units. The smaller containers can be easily transported using a standard hiab and offloaded directly. The larger units can be transported to the site using a low loader. Once on-site, they can be conveniently craned into the desired position.
Multiple fuel options
The standard VEPOD® range can be run on a range of liquid fuels including low-carbon HVO. There are also specialist gas options that run from mains supply through to delivered green hydrogen.
Tailored support
The company offers tailored support services. These range from providing ongoing maintenance services through to managing fuel supply. With a dedicated account manager and a UK-based call centre, we are even able to provide direct support to individuals looking to charge their vehicles.
